Cost Reduction: Reduced costs by 30% while improving quality by implementing a new approach for managing Canadian Translation requirements for John Deere Canada.
Internal Control: Spearheaded the initiative for John Deere Canada to ensure compliance with the SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act) for seven Canadian Business units. Prepared the units for both internal and external audits through the strengthening of controls which resulted in the elimination and/or reduction of audit comments received.
Process Improvement: Revamped the consolidation, reporting and forecasting processes for St. Catharines Hydro by leveraging software and automation, increasing importing accuracy and reducing monthly and year-end closing.
